During my recent stay at Pension Egerer, I was welcomed with a good drink that set a charming tone for my trip. The air-conditioned room offered a serene garden view and all the comforts one could wish for, including complimentary Wi-Fi and a tea/coffee maker-all essentials for an inquisitive history teacher like myself. I cherished mornings spent on the sun terrace, and afternoons exploring the beautiful hiking trails surrounding Bad Köstritz, accompanied by a fellow history enthusiast. Not only did this hotel provide a cozy retreat, but it also served as a perfect base for delving into the rich historical tapestry of the region.
